Description
The Tomb Guard is the Emperor's personal army made up of veterans of countless battles in the past.
As the name states, the Tomb Guard is charged with the protection of the new Imperial Palace in the Emperor's fortress on Earth.
In the past, the Tomb Guard went by a different name that was lost to them when they failed to protect the old Palace on their home world. Given a new chance at redemption, the Tomb Guard now attend to their duties and the Emperor's whims with even greater fervor than before.
Slayers:
Slayers are given the special honor of guarding the inner fortress that houses the more important chambers of the Imperial Palace. Over 100 Slayers guard the main entrance hall towards the Inner Sanctum of the Palace, known as the Hall of Blades.
Slayers serve as heavy assault troops in the Emperor's army, but despite their value, they are used sparingly as they prefer not to leave their posts. They serve as bodyguards to important individuals when the need arises.
Though able to wield an assortment of weapons, Slayers prefer to use halberds and their Grim Blades (pictured above).
